    Decent breakfast. Nice room and good WIFI connections.

    Not the best part of town and not convenient to restaurants, etc. Lots of guys hanging out in the parking out - BBQing and smoking. Mostly workers staying here.

    Good and courteous people.

    really great stay, as always. exceptionally friendly hotel with free parking and absolutely perfect location in a sketchy part of town. a wide range of great food. location close to restaurants and outlet and hobbs. for tea or coffee visit tees treats bakery nearby.

    Friendly staff but serious cleanliness concerns

    The staff was attentive and did their best to. The overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations with noticeable stains and a general feeling of neglect. Maintenance of the facilities is urgently needed .
